In this case study we appreciate the Rocha family, using Olson's Circumplex Model (2000) and the dimensions of the Dynamic Model of Family Assessment as references <br>(Figueiredo, 2012). The nursing diagnoses were validated by the family and are located in the development and functioning dimensions:</p><p>Marital satisfaction, not maintained by ineffective communication;<br>Parental role, not suitable, due to knowledge of the role not shown;<br>Parental role, not suitable, due to no consensus on the role.<br>Role of appropriate caregiver;<br>Non-dysfunctional family process;<br>Ineffective family communication.</p><p>In view of these diagnoses, it was possible to develop a care plan with the family to improve family well-being.</p> ER -
